In January 2021, the Splash Wagon Catering Van from Burton on Trent approached us to help manage their Facebook page. As they struggled to gain followers, improve engagement and reach to increase overall brand awareness and new customers.

Our team then looked into the insights to discover what times and what types of posts their followers interact with, so we can build, improve and increase! We created engaging posts and scheduled these in on days that our clients’ followers are active. 

Here are the results after us managing our client’s Facebook page: 

  • Followers increased by 32
  • An organic post reach from 4,418 to 7,093
  • Post engagement from 244 to 795
